Pandan Valley

Undertaking a full-scale overhaul, the design sought to honour the character of the older apartment while introducing a more contemporary spatial language. As an avid art collector, the owner required generous wall space and intentional sightlines to showcase her collection, allowing each piece to become part of the home’s narrative. In the master bedroom, careful planning was essential to accommodate belongings carried over from a previous, larger residence. Extensive carpentry was introduced to maximise storage, yet meticulously detailed and concealed to avoid a heavy or boxy appearance. Despite the scale of works and a condensed twelve-week timeline, the project was delivered in time for the owners to settle in and celebrate Christmas which was a fitting conclusion to an ambitious transformation.
