Given the spatial constraints of a duplex layout, efficient planning was key to the success of this home. The owners wanted a kitchen that offered generous counter space and everyday usability, moving away from the limitations of a typical kitchenette. A thoughtfully designed peninsula was introduced to anchor the space, providing ample workspace while doubling as a breakfast counter. This solution allowed the kitchen to function seamlessly as both a practical workspace and a social hub, enhancing the overall flow of the home.
